The Bauer Group brings together five independent companies under one roof – Privatmolkerei Bauer, Elsdorfer Molkerei und Feinkost, Immergut, Märker Fine Food, and Frikoni. For five generations, we’ve stood for quality, responsibility, and innovation. At four key facilities, we produce dairy and dairy-free alternatives, drinks, gourmet foods, fresh salads, and fruit – day in, day out. But our sites are more than just production hubs. They reflect our regional roots, technological strength, and a culture of collaboration.
